How can you measure Cost of Living? Each year there is a counsel to measuring the Cost of Living of big cities to see which city is the most expensive. It is an analysis of the rental costs, gross and net wages, taxes and social security contributions. The importance of the currency palys also a role.
In 2005 Milan was at rank 11 and the most expensive city was London followed by Moscow.
