Follow these few simple steps in order to receive your Milano Card:
After clicking on 'Milano Card purchasing', you will be automatically directed to a page where you will find a form to complete with all your details (name, arrival date and place where you want to pick up your card). You will then receive an email with all the instructions about the procedure to follow in order to receive your card after payment.
You will have to send us your name, surname, arrival date and specify wether you wish to pick up your Milano Card at the airport (Malpensa, Linate or Orio al Serio) or at your address.
At the last step you will receive final pick–up instructions.
For those who will buy online their Milano Card and will choose to withdraw it directly at the airport, instead of receiving it at their own address, a detailed map of the city of Milan will be given for free.
